At heimish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
